Retail Merchandiser

We’re looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the SA4 8TB area. You will be an integral part of a field‑based retail merchandising team, working primarily within the Entertainer concession at Tesco. There may be opportunities to work across other categories including Books, Entertainment, Health and Beauty.

You will be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well‑stocked.

About the role

Location: Tesco Pontarddulais. Confirmed working hours: Monday 9:00‑10:30, Saturday 16:00‑17:30. Plus ad‑hoc work as agreed.

How you’ll deliver excellence

• Expert at the Entertainer brand and products, and share that knowledge with your team.
• Know and stick to merchandising standards, guidelines, store policies, procedures and health and safety guidance.
• Follow and implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with in‑store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.

• Willing to accept home deliveries of point‑of‑sale or stock items for some visits (you’ll be paid extra to do so).
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
