Post: Administrative Assistant (AA26)

Salary: £29,718 per annum pro rata plus 8% pension, 16 hours per week (until March 2027, with possibility of extension.)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Poverty Alliance’s small and fast-moving Administration team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the organisation, including event organisation and system maintenance.
  • Manage and respond to queries.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the hybrid team.

Qualifications

  • Sound understanding of administrative operations in small business settings.
  • Strong knowledge of the sector.
  • Technical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Enthusiasm for working as part of a team and autonomously.
