NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency serving the community in healthcare for over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants for morning and afternoon rotas in Kesh. No experience or qualifications are required as NWCare provide full bespoke training.
Morning 07:00 – 14:30; Afternoon 14:00 – 19:00.
Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Able to promote and deliver person‑centred care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well‑organised, professional and caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
- Care about the community they live in
- No qualifications or experience are necessary; full bespoke training will be provided
- QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care
We work off a 4/3 rota pattern: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
