Package Description

  • £15 per hour
  • 37.33 hours per week
  • Casual role with opportunity to be made permanent upon gaining references for full time pass.
  • 5 years working history and 5 years address required.
  • Early and late shifts (early 4:30-13:00, late 13:30-22:00)
  • 4 days on, 2 days off

Main Responsibilities

  • Setting up the kitchen prior to lounge opening
  • Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line
  • Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
  • Assisting with marinating, cutting, and precooking foods
  • Cleaning the kitchen before the lounge closes
  • Cleaning and sanitising area with warm water and soap
  • Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
  • Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous chef experience
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop craft skills in fast‑paced environment
  • Basic food hygiene knowledge
