CONCIERGE ASSISTANT
3 days on, 3 days off, 12 hour shifts
We’re looking for a Concierge Assistant to join our Concierge team at One Hyde Park.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional service to residents and their guests
- Doorman duties
- Porter duties
- Valet parking duties
- Cover the Concierge desk when required
You will be working on a 3 on, 3 off rotating shift basis of 12-hour shifts. Shift patterns will include weekends and bank holidays, with a requirement to cover occasional night shifts, so flexibility is required where applicable.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid UK driving license is essential. (Advanced would be preferred)
- Previous 5* Hotel or Residences experience
- A charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills
- Efficient in multi-tasking in high pressure environments
