Nightlife Security Officer – London

Your Role
As a Nightlife Security Officer, you will be part of the security team ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property. Responsibilities include:
- Performing security patrols across front and back‑of‑house areas.
- Responding to emergencies with urgency and professionalism.
- Co‑ordinating with local law‑enforcement, food safety, and fire departments.
- Maintaining a high standard of service through coaching and training.
- Ensuring compliance with fire, health & safety and CCTV protocols.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Nightlife Security Officer or Security Supervisor, ideally in a bar, restaurant, nightclub or similar environment.
- Experience managing a busy door and event crowd.
- Flexible availability for nights until 3‑4 am on weekends, and working Thursday–Saturday.
- Strong motivation, professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Experience in fire, health & safety and food safety management.
- Experience coordinating complex emergency situations.
- Ability to develop and deliver training to maintain consistent safety standards.
- Must hold SIA Licence, Personal Licence, First Aid, CCTV control, Fire Marshal and possession of at least level 2 Health & Safety qualification.
