Hours: Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) 8:30am-4:00pm
Pay: Up to £16 per hour

Natural role model? Love leading a team? Quick on your feet? We’re launching a brand-new Holiday HQ camp for 8-12‑year‑olds – and we’re looking for Adventure Camp Managers to lead it. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You won’t just deliver activities – you’ll run the camp, lead the team, set the standards, and create an atmosphere children can’t wait to come back to.
As Camp Manager, You Will
- Lead and develop a team of Activity Coaches
- Keep the camp running smoothly (structure, pace, routines)
- Be the main point of contact for parents on site
- Take the lead on incidents and escalation
- Play a key role in delivering safe, well‑managed excursions
