We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused Administrative Assistant to support a busy private practice.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑moving environment, working closely with a small team to keep things organised, efficient, and running as they should.
The Role
- You’ll be helping manage the day‑to‑day admin and acting as a key point of contact for clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- The work is varied and requires someone who can stay on top of multiple things at once, use their judgement, and get things done properly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering calls and emails, and handling queries in a professional and straightforward way.
- Booking and coordinating appointments across different locations.
- Keeping records, systems, and correspondence accurate and up to date.
- Preparing for and following up on daily schedules and sessions.
- Managing general admin tasks, including payments and basic accounts queries.
- Liaising with external providers and keeping everyone appropriately informed.
- Tracking outstanding items and making sure nothing is missed.
What We’re Looking For
- Organised, with good attention to detail.
- Able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment.
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Reliable and discreet.
- Willing to take responsibility and use initiative.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or PA is helpful, but not essential if you’re quick to learn and take your work seriously.
The Setup
- Part‑time, in‑person role (10am–2pm OR 9am–1pm, Monday to Friday).
- Based in Chelsea.
- Small, collaborative team.
Notes
This role suits someone practical, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured but busy setting. It’s not complicated work, but it does need to be done well and consistently.
