Apprentice – Product Proposition Governance – London – 2026

Job Description

This new Product Proposition Governance Apprentice role is a Level 3 Compliance and Risk Officer apprenticeship. You will support Workplace Savings product management and reviews to ensure they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. You’ll get involved in a wide range of tasks while learning from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Use data to understand product performance for customers.
• Write product reviews indicating good outcomes and best practice.
• Produce regular analyses of customer activity.
• Support the team to operate in line with risk and control processes.
• Investigate potential changes, explore options and help implement them.
• Keep up-to-date with product and rule changes, explaining implications clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Minimum 96 UCAS points from Level 3 qualifications (A-levels or equivalent).
• Not currently on a government‑funded training course (e.g., apprenticeship) and not holding a similar qualification at the same level or above.
• Right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for the past 3 consecutive years.
