The Chef de Partie Role

• Experience in a high volume, quality-­led restaurant kitchen
• Passion for food and continuous learning of cuisine
• Good knowledge of menus, ingredients and allergens
• Good level of English language
• Adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong team ethic and respect for colleagues
• Passion for food and your own development is a must
