About This Position

A full time Russian‑speaking nanny is sought to care for a 6‑month‑old baby girl in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The role can be live‑in or live‑out, with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full infant care, including feeding, bathing, diapering and safe sleeping practices.
• Plan and facilitate educational and developmental activities, such as playdates, park visits and other group activities.
• Manage light housework during the baby’s naps.
• Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Flexibility is required; after the baby turns 1 year old, overnight stays or proxy parenting 2‑3 times a week may be requested.
• Interact with and care for the family’s two dogs, one of which is shy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Professional experience caring for babies under 1 year (essential).
• Experience teaching or caring in Russian‑speaking countries (strongly preferred).
• Level 3 childcare diploma, Montessori qualification, or a Russian equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS certificate and a 12‑hour paediatric first‑aid certificate.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Benefits & Compensation

• Annual salary of £30,000–£35,000 gross, dependent on live‑in/out status and experience.
