Pertemps are currently recruiting several HGV Class 2 Drivers (Cat C) to work on a regular ongoing basis for our client DHL Nisa based in Scunthorpe. You will be required to deliver ambient or frozen goods to Nisa Local convenience stores or distribution centres. This will involve unloading at the client sites with an electric pump truck, although minimal manual handling is involved.
Start Times
You will be required to start between 04:00 and 06:00 each day.
Shift Patterns
We have various shift patterns available: choose between Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday.
Pay and Benefits
Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 42 hours per week.Basic Pay: £16.23ph until 06:00, £18.26ph on Saturday & Sunday.Overtime Rate: £21.59ph after 42 hours worked.Weekly Bonus: £50 for working four or more shifts.
Requirements
- Category C (HGV 2) licence held for at least 6 months.
- Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification.
- Clean driving record: no DR10, CD10, IN10, no more than 6 points on licence.
- Age 21 or above.
The position will be of interest to people from the following areas: Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Immingham, Barton on Humber, Hull and surrounding areas.
