Salary

£13 – £46 per hour

Shifts & Pay Rates

• Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm – £14.06/hr
• £18.70/hr (37.5–39.5 hrs Mon‑Fri)
• £21.09/hr (39.5+ hrs Mon‑Fri & up to 7.5 hrs Saturday)
• £28.12/hr (Saturday after 7.5 hrs, Sundays & Bank Holidays)

Duties

• Operate Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods
• Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and general housekeeping
• Ensure products are handled carefully and stored correctly
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site policies
• Work as part of a team to meet targets and maintain workflow

Ideal Candidate Must

• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Be physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Have a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Be willing to learn and follow warehouse systems and processes
