Aspire People is recruiting experienced teachers to work in alternative provision settings across Wolverhampton, teaching students who benefit from a more personalised, supportive learning environment.
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs
- Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Implement strategies to support behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development
- Work collaboratively with support staff, leadership teams, and external professionals
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs
We Are Looking For
- Qualified teacher with a QTS qualification or equivalent
- Experience teaching students with SEMH, complex needs, or SEND
- Knowledge and experience of managing behaviours that challenge
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach to teaching and classroom management
- Reliable, flexible, and available for daily emergency cover as well as long-term assignments
