Responsibilities
- Elevate guests’ dining experience as a Chef de Partie.

Qualifications
- Experience in 5-star or 2-3 rosette kitchens.
- In-depth knowledge of modern food trends (local, Irish, and international).
- A can‑do attitude, love for challenges, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and an innovative mindset.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and a history of working in renowned establishments.
