Responsibilities

  • Elevate guests’ dining experience as a Chef de Partie.
  • Work with a highly respected kitchen, develop alongside skilled chefs, and be part of a team dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in 5-star or 2-3 rosette kitchens.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern food trends (local, Irish, and international).
  • A can‑do attitude, love for challenges, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and an innovative mindset.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and a history of working in renowned establishments.
