We’re Hiring: Pivot Steer/Flexi Forklift Driver at Zendbox!

We are growing fast and are on the lookout for motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic people to join our warehouse team. As a Pivot Steer/Flexi Forklift Driver, you will operate Flexi forklifts to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Pivot Steer/Flexi Forklift Truck to move goods both within the warehouse and in designated areas outside
- Load inbound and outbound shipments from containers and trucks safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections of the Forklift and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure accuracy in loading/unloading to prevent damage or misplacement of inventory
- Assist in maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment
- Work closely with warehouse operatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures as per company guidelines
- Your contribution will directly impact our efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- A valid Pivot Steer/Flexi Forklift Truck license (essential)
- Experience operating a Pivot Steer/Flexi Forklift Truck in a warehouse or similar environment
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Flexibility in working hours, including the willingness to work overtime as required
- Previous experience in a logistics or warehousing role is an advantage but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Previous operational experience with other types of forklifts is beneficial
