Team: Family Support & Safeguarding

Salary: £38,220 – £49,282 + up to £3,500 welcome bonus (dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker/Senior Practitioner to join a Family Support & Safeguarding Team based in Oxfordshire.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead complex cases using a cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary safeguarding model
• Manage your own caseload and support statutory planning
• Provide support to junior members of staff

What You’ll Bring

• Social Work England registration and a degree in social work
• 2+ years experience & Completion of ASYE
• Confident communicator with strong legal and policy knowledge
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding, relevant legislation, guidance, policy and procedures, and values and principles of FSS .
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
