Wycliffe is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Resident Graduate to support our dynamic Music and/or Drama department.The successful candidate will play an integral role in the co-curricular life of the school, contributing to a diverse programme of rehearsals, productions, concerts, and performances. Alongside this, you will provide high-quality pastoral care, supporting pupils’ well-being and development within a busy boarding environment.As part of your responsibilities, you will assist in the smooth day-to-day running of a Boarding House and wider co-curricular programme. This includes helping to coordinate staff and resources effectively, and ensuring the safety, good discipline, and welfare of all pupils.This residential role is particularly well suited to someone considering a future in teaching or planning to undertake a PGCE. We are looking for a confident, adaptable, and resilient individual who enjoys working with young people and can respond flexibly to the varied demands of boarding school life.In return, you will join a supportive and welcoming community with excellent facilities, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a thriving and well-regarded school.Terms of Appointment:This is a fixed-term, live-in position commencing in September 2026 and running for three academic terms, concluding on 31st August 2027. The role is term-time only, with additional contracted overtime required to cover Exeat weekends. Working hours are 48 hours per week.
