Front of House Leader

Full time 35 hours per week

Leaders, inspirers, and drivers of their teams, our Front of House Leaders are in‑shop champions, coaching and mentoring their teams. They protect the standards and spirits high, keeping teams and customers happy. When the shop gets busy, they lead and support the crew, setting high standards and maintaining great energy.

  • Hourly rate is £15.10 (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
