We’re looking for Makeup Artists to join our sparkling Southampton team. As a Trinny London Artist, you’ll embody our mission of giving customers the tools they need to be their best every day through our curated makeup and skincare.

The Role

You’ll combine artistry, product knowledge, and passion for people to help customers achieve desired looks and maximise sales opportunities.

• Greeting all customers on the counter and providing exceptional customer service
• Offering a personalized consultative approach, including the Trinny London Match2Me experience and appointments where possible
• Demonstrating and recommending products to achieve desired looks and address individual concerns
• Conducting pre-booked customer make-up appointments
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets by actively promoting and selling makeup and skincare products
• Upselling and cross-selling related beauty and skincare items to maximise sales opportunities
• Collaborating with the team to achieve overall sales goalsEnsuring the makeup section is well‑organised, clean, and visually appealing
• Implementing and maintaining attractive displays to highlight featured products and promotions
• Keeping makeup tools and workstations clean and sanitised to meet health and safety standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a retail position, preferably within beauty or cosmetics
• Passion for makeup and skincare
• Experience with customer relationship management and data capture targets
• Adaptability and confidence in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Positive, can‑do attitude
• Motivation to work towards and exceed targets and KPIs
• Punctuality and flexibility to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends
• Personable with a customer‑centric mindset
