Maths Teacher

This role is available in Buckinghamshire, starting September, and is full-time with a possibility of permanent placement following a temporary period.

The school has high standards and is rated ‘Good’ for the Quality of Teaching. To be accepted you must be rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in recent lesson observations.

The children are well-behaved and motivated to learn, with supportive staff and senior leadership. The Head Teacher has opened this Maths Teacher opportunity to both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers (ECTs) who will receive bespoke induction leading to ‘Outstanding’ teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative and engaging Maths lessons.
• Collaborate with a strong team of Maths teachers and teaching assistants.

Person Specification

• Enthusiastic and hard-working.
• Strong academic background in GCSE and A Level Maths.
• Degree from a reputable university.
• Capable of using initiative to design engaging lessons.
• Ability to work effectively within a large team.
