You will deliver train‑the‑trainer sessions, workshops, labs, and applied technical activities across a range of programs, from AI upskilling for educators to specialist enablement in advanced technologies.

This role will suit someone who can operate independently in live delivery settings, adapt to different audiences and program contexts, and contribute feedback that improves programs over time.

What could you be doing as a Staff Technical Enablement Engineer?

  • Deliver train‑the‑trainer programs, instructor enablement sessions, workshops, labs, and applied technical activities
  • Work directly with instructors, partners, hubs, and institutions during live program delivery
  • Provide hands‑on technical guidance and troubleshooting during program rollout
  • Support the setup and delivery of practical activities, labs, demos, and project‑based learning
  • Adapt technical delivery for different audiences, including educators, instructors, early‑career learners, and specialist technical groups
  • Contribute to workshop materials, technical assets, delivery guidance, and instructor‑facing resources
  • Capture feedback from delivery and identify improvements to materials, labs, delivery assumptions, and future program design
  • Identify and escalate complex technical, delivery, or quality issues through the appropriate channels
  • Work with product, partnership, and program colleagues to support smooth execution across markets
  • Help maintain consistent technical quality across Workforce Development programs

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Strong technical foundation in Arm technologies, embedded systems, AI/ML, software enablement, SoC, or related areas
  • Experience delivering technical training, workshops, demos, labs, developer enablement, or field‑facing technical support
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to varied audiences and technical levels
  • Strong practical problem‑solving skills in live technical or delivery environments
  • Ability to work independently on complex delivery tasks while collaborating effectively with a wider team
  • Comfort operating in a hands‑on role in a developing function where priorities and processes may evolve
  • Ability to adapt delivery style for different learner groups and program contexts
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • An engineering degree or equivalent technical experience

Nice To Have Skills and Experience

  • Experience with train‑the‑trainer programs, instructor enablement, or partner‑led delivery
  • Experience supporting hands‑on labs, applied projects, or technical workshop environments
  • Familiarity with AI fundamentals, embedded systems, semiconductor design, computer architecture, or Arm‑based development environments
  • Experience working across multiple regions, partners, or institutions

Location and Travel

This is a global role supporting Workforce Development programs across multiple markets. International travel is expected depending on delivery activity and program requirements.

In Return

You will help deliver Arm’s Workforce Development programs in live settings, working directly with instructors, partners, and institutions to build practical AI and semiconductor capability across different audiences and markets.
