Aspire People are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across South East Wales on a day-to-day supply basis. We work closely with schools across the region and have built strong, positive relationships with them. Our TAs consistently report excellent experiences in our partner schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for flexible work while gaining experience across a variety of primary school settings.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering lessons
- Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Assist with classroom management
- Support pupils with varying needs, including ALN/SEMH pupils
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working with children (school-based preferred)
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
