Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy café/restaurant operation in the heart of Belfast City Centre.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be part of a small but energetic kitchen team producing fresh, vibrant food throughout the day. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and service.

- 5 days out of 7 rota

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard
- Maintain consistency and presentation across all dishes
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support kitchen hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Work collaboratively within a small kitchen team
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Reliable, organised, and enthusiastic attitude
