Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated people to join us at Meridian Community Primary School and Nursery as a Teaching Assistant.

Part-time: 31 hours 40 minutes a week (Monday to Friday 8.35am – 3.25pm)

Paid weeks per year:45.05 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Start date:September 2026

The successful candidates will:

  • enjoy working with children, ideally with some school experience
  • be highly motivated and keen to learn
  • be willing to work effectively as part of a team
  • have patience and resilience to work with SEND children
