Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing mobile engineering team covering commercial sites across Edinburgh. Youll be responsible for PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and minor installs across a range of AC systems.This is a mobile role with a fully expensed van, strong overtime availability, and long-term progression opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanned preventative maintenance on commercial AC systemsReactive repairs and fault diagnosticsWorking on VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs and FCUsMinor installation and replacement worksEnsuring compliance with F-Gas and industry standardsCompleting job sheets, reports and asset informationProviding excellent customer service on client sitesParticipating in an out-of-hours rota (paid)Experience & QualificationsF-Gas 2079 (essential)Experience with VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splitsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsFull UK driving licenceExperience in commercial maintenance environmentsAdditional HVAC or electrical qualifications beneficial (not essential)What Youll GetCompetitive basic salaryCompany van + fuel card (personal use included depending on policy)Overtime paid at xcswzye enhanced rates25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeTraining & development opportunitiesStable, long-term mobile role with a national FM providerIdeal Candidate ProfileConfident working independently across multiple sitesStrong communicator with a customer-focused approachReliable, organised and able to manage workload efficientlyComfortable with both PPM and reactive environments…
