A division of Nottingham Ice Centre Limited, National Merchandise works with some of the biggest non‑venue and festival organisers in the world, bringing merchandise to music and entertainment fans at events including Download, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Isle of Wight, British Summer Time, Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Electric Picnic, Leeds & Reading festivals and more.
We are looking for Festival Merchandise Assistants to sell products at Download XXIII, a mammoth rock event, held at the spiritual home of rock, Donington Park.
Download XXIII will host the likes of Limp Bizkit, Guns N’ Roses, Linkin Park and more, and you can be part of the excitement.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for team players who can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience and who take pride in their work, are happy to work long hours (always on your feet), have a positive friendly attitude and possess excellent customer service skills.
You must be available to work: Wednesday 10th June 2026. Making your own way to the Donington Park site, you will be expected to camp for the duration and provide your own camping equipment. No previous experience is necessary as all training will be provided.
