Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility and accountability for the management, commercial performance and successful delivery of multiple complex, multi-discipline design-and-build projectsLead, support and develop a team of project managers and engineers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budgetManage the full end-to-end project life-cycle, from design and planning through to implementation and handoverAct as the senior point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong, effective relationships with key client representativesManage a key infrastructure account within the Infrastructure Business Unit, ensuring full compliance with Framework and contractual obligationsWhat youll bring: Degree or equivalent experience in any related Engineering & Project Management qualification.Electrical/electronic Engineering qualifications such as HNC, ONC or City and Guilds qualifications.NEC4 Project Management AccreditationPrevious experience of senior management in a utility contracting or similar environmentManaging a P&L over £5 millionExperience of driving continuous improvementStrong Commercial ExperienceExperienced tendering and managing M&E contractsBudget control and estimatingStrong customer and stakeholder managementExperience of leading and managing high performing teamsDemonstrable growth mindsetPrevious experience of working in the Power and Energy sectorWhats in it for you?
