Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Senior Machine Operator to join a leading manufacturing business with exciting growth plans.
Key responsibilities:
Setting up machines and preparing for productionCompleting product changeovers and clean-downsEnsuring maximum machine efficiency and minimal downtimeMonitoring equipment and resolving issuesCarrying out safety checks and maintaining a safe environmentSupporting and training new operators
Requirements:
Previous machine operating experience (senior level desirable)Engineering or mechanical backgroundStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, physical role
