Technology Resource Technician

The Engineering, Design & Technology Resource Technicianwill play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of practicallessons in the areas of Engineering, Design & Technology within the school.The role is to support the Technology Faculty in delivering high-qualitylessons through the preparation of equipment and teaching materials;

• Maintain specialist equipment and resources,ensuring the effective use of both workshop areas.
• Ensure the upkeep of storage areas, teachingrooms and prep rooms, creating a safe and orderly working environment.
• Promote a positive learning environment throughthe maintenance of high-quality displays within the faculty.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Facultyand Head of Department.
• Provide in-class support to both students andstaff.
• Offer first aid services across the faculty as anamed first aider, training will be provided.
• Support the delivery ofextracurricular/enrichment opportunities within the Technology Faculty.
