About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Wivenhoe, Colchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, electrical and water systems.Perform inspections and checks to building equipment and systems such as generators, AHU/FCUs, motors, pumps, LTHWS etc.Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, TMVs, cooling towers, calorifiers, legionella and other compliance.Monitor and manage BMSDiagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. xcswzye
Requirements:NVQ Level 3 or higher in HVAC/Mechanical/Plumbing & Heating related fieldWater Treatment/Systems or L8 ExperienceProven experience in a similar building maintenance role.Enhanced DBS will be carried out
