Alloy Wheel Technician–Mercedes-Benz Coventry

Working in our Bodyshop as an Alloy Wheel Technician you will be a key part of the Retail Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing wheels for refurbishment to a high standard.
  • Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work necessary during the repair process.
  • Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues where necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining thorough and up‑to‑date product knowledge.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Helpful Skills and Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Happy to work independently and as part of a team.
