Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working amongst an experienced commercial team, working closely with the Commercial Manager. The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor who is able to work autonomously and manage jobs through to practical completion with no serious guidance needed. A Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing Social Housing Refurbishment schemes for main contractors from pre-construction through to final account would be ideal but not essential. Workstreams include external refurbishments and upgrades, FRA systems, Decarbonisation.
