Previous NEC contract experience would be beneficial, however training and support can be provided for the right candidate.This is a great opportunity to join a supportive business with a strong pipeline of work and excellent long-term progression opportunities.The Role:Assisting with the commercial management of utility projectsPreparing valuations, variations and final accountsSupporting subcontractor procurement and account managementCost reporting and forecastingWorking closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered within budgetAssisting with NEC contract administration and commercial processesRequirements:Previous experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction or utilities xcswzye Strong communication and organisational skillsEagerness to learn and develop within the utilities sectorNEC contract knowledge preferred but not essentialDegree qualified or equivalent preferredSalary & Package:£40,000 £50,000 depending on experiencePensionTraining and development on NEC contractsExcellent career progression opportunitiesIf you’re interested, please apply!…
