The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Hearing Care Assistant to join our clinic, with a strong focuson ear wax removal services.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move away from a high-pressureretail environment and work in a quality-driven, patient-first clinic, with the added opportunityto progress into Audiology long term.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ear wax removal using:Microsuction, Irrigation, (Manual techniques where appropriate).
- Use ENT microscope equipment to deliver safe and precise treatment
- Conduct hearing screenings.
- Support with hearing aid repairs and maintenance.
- Provide clear aftercare advice and reassurance to patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
