What You’ll Do
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to luxury standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop seasonal menus and signature creations.
- Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation across all pastry offerings.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in your section.
- Support junior team members with training, guidance, and inspiration.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a pastry role within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end patisserie.
- A passion for pastry and a flair for creativity and detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of modern and classic pastry techniques.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
