What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop seasonal menus and signature creations.
  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation across all pastry offerings.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in your section.
  • Support junior team members with training, guidance, and inspiration.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a pastry role within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end patisserie.
  • A passion for pastry and a flair for creativity and detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of modern and classic pastry techniques.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
