Please note: This is a seasonal role (Fixed-Term Contract) supporting our plant maintenance team from May/June to the end of August, ideal for someone looking for hands‑on summer work with training provided.
At Planteria Group, we help organisations reimagine their workplaces, making them more productive, healthy, and sustainable. From creating warm, welcoming reception areas to designing large‑scale living architecture, we turn ordinary spaces into vibrant places where people genuinely love to be.
We’ve grown from a small family business into the UK’s leading interior landscaping specialist, transforming workplaces and commercial environments with the power of nature, to international expansion with operations in the US. Along the way, we’ve partnered with some of the UKs, and now US’s most recognisable brands to bring biophilic design to life, from lush office greenery and elegant corporate floristry to spectacular roof gardens and living walls.
Our success is driven by a fantastic team of 185 employees internationally, and we’re continuing to expand. We’re now looking for passionate individuals to join us on this journey and help us shape the future of sustainable, inspiring workplace design.
Your Impact
As a Plant Care Assistant, you’ll help bring workplaces to life by caring for both indoor and outdoor plant displays throughout the summer period. As you visit a variety of client sites across London, your work will ensure plants look healthy, welcoming, and professionally maintained.

Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you’ll be trusted to deliver a consistently high standard of service while building confidence and skills through hands‑on experience.
With full training provided, you’ll be set up for success from day one, learning the right techniques, tools, and standards to care for plants properly and confidently represent the business in this onsite based role with our customers.
