Chef de Partie – Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for delivering an excellent food offering, adapting as necessary based on guests’ requirements, and consistently providing a high level of culinary experience. You will train and mentor your team, ensuring they understand the menu and the standards expected in this high‑level professional brigade.
Key Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant preferred but not essential
- Show drive and passion for food and cooking
- Proven track record in running a kitchen section
- Exhibit excellent technical and natural cooking abilities
- Excellent command of the English language
- Food Hygiene Level 3 certification preferred although not essential for commencement as the company will provide certification
- Role requires manual handling and occasional heavy lifting
