We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to join our team, providing one-to-one and group counselling to young people aged 18–21 yrs across the Liverpool City Region and on the Wirral. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals facing complex issues, including care leavers, trauma, self-esteem, bereavement, gang culture, substance misuse, and more. Both programmes are seeking to remove barriers to progress young people into training, education or work.
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and holistic support. Working flexibly and creatively, you’ll use a multi-modality approach grounded in counselling theory to meet the diverse needs of our participants.
The successful candidate must hold a BACP recognised qualification in Counselling, Diploma Level 4 minimum.
