The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily living needs. Working as part of a supportive care team, you will help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment where residents feel valued and respected.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate care and support to residents
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting residents with mobility and wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times
- Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and social activities
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns
About You
- Minimum 6 months’ experience within a care setting
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
- Ability to provide person-centred care with dignity and respect
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
