Software & Solutions Architect – Banking

£700 per day – Contract – Inside IR35 (Must have UK work Visa)

3 days onsite – London

We are seeking an experienced Software & Solutions Architect to design and deliver robust, scalable technology solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.

This is a hands‑on architecture role working closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high‑level software and solution architectures
• Contribute across the full software development life cycle
• Support cloud and on‑prem solution design, including cloud migrations
• Provide architectural guidance, design assurance, and constructive code/design reviews
• Collaborate within Agile/SCRUM delivery teams
• In‑depth understanding of object‑oriented programming and SDLC
• Strong development background, ideally C#/.NET
• Strong working knowledge of Azure / .NET environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience integrating AI technologies into existing systems
• Experience with Azure cloud and on‑prem architectures
• DevOps and Agile/SCRUM experience
• Ability to critically review designs and code, providing constructive feedback
