Job Title: French Teacher

Location: Bruton, Somerset

Start Date: September

Salary: £32,916 – £45,352 per annum

Are you a passionate French Teacher looking to inspire students through language learning and capable of delivering engaging lessons up to KS4? The role is a permanent teaching position in a beautiful secondary school set within stunning countryside surroundings, with a warm community feel and supportive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated French lessons up to KS4.
  • Support student progress and encourage confidence and enthusiasm for language learning across the department.

Qualifications

  • QTS with an MFL or French specialism (ECTs welcome).
  • Experience teaching French across KS3 and KS4.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
  • Commitment to raising student attainment and achievement.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
