Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality, nutritionally balanced food and beverages for the Women’s First Team both home and away.

Liaise with hotels ahead of away matches to ensure all arrangements are in place for providing exceptional meals on the road.

Plan and develop innovative menus that reflect our nutritional philosophy.

Maintain day‑to‑day kitchen operations at our training ground in Lancing.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within professional sports clubs or with elite athletes.
  • Hold IOSH and Food Safety Level 3 Certificates.
  • Ability to maintain world‑class standards under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Flexible with working hours including weekends and extensive travel.
