Remote Full-Time | Finance Apply
Your area of impact:
- Define the payment strategy as part of the overall growth approach, driving impact on revenue, LTV, and product scalability.
- Own key payment metrics (payment success rate, renewal rate, recovery rate) and continuously improve them through data-driven solutions.
- Build and optimize billing logic (retry, dunning, renewal flows) to maximize conversion and user retention.
- Prioritize initiatives by balancing conversion, cost, and risk based on business needs and growth stage.
- Optimize the payment experience in close collaboration with the Product team.
- Payment Infrastructure & Scaling:
- Build and scale the payment infrastructure: multi-PSP setup, routing, orchestration.
- Select and launch new payment providers, payment methods, and markets (Tier 1/Tier 2).
- Ensure stable payment processing while scaling traffic and revenue.
- Optimize payment processing costs (PSP fees, routing, balancing conversion vs cost).
- Lead negotiations with payment providers and improve partnership terms.
- Own payment margin as part of the product’s unit economics.
- Risk & Stability Control:
- Monitor chargeback rate, fraud, and other risk metrics as key constraints for growth.
- Build approaches that enable scaling without exceeding risk benchmarks.
- Lead Payment Operations and develop the team.
- Set priorities and ensure the right balance between strategic initiatives and operational execution.
- Work directly with the CEO, Product, and Marketing teams to drive growth initiatives.
Benefits:
- Fast Learning as part of our DNA — regular workshops (from hard skills to practical life hacks), knowledge sharing with team leads and external experts, and a learning budget for courses and conferences.
- Remote with trust — we work 10:00–18:00 (Kyiv time), and after that you manage your own schedule. We focus on results, not hours in Slack.
- Career boost — fast and transparent growth in role and responsibility.
- Wellbeing — 2 additional days off per month for recovery, weekly meditation sessions, 14 days of vacation, and paid sick leave.
