Role
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
- Working 1:1 and with small groups to boost pupil progress
- Helping to create a fun, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
- Encouraging confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in pupils
Ideal Candidate
- A degree in a relevant subject such as Psychology, Sociology, Education, or similar
- Strong academic background (A-Levels and degree essential)
- A bubbly, enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with children
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
