Night Operations Leader – Distribution Center

Hachette UK is seeking a Head of Night Operations to lead the distribution centre’s night team. This role is pivotal in managing outbound dispatches while ensuring operational excellence and health and safety protocols are met. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving improvements across the operational flow of goods.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large, multi-skilled teams in warehouse and distribution settings and be adept at leveraging automation and technology to enhance efficiency.
