Contract details: Grade 4, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks, term‑time only (TTO). Start date September 2026.

Job Overview

John Chilton School is a successful school for pupils with complex physical, medical and learning difficulties. The school is located on two sites; the post holder will be expected to work on either site.

Responsibilities

Organise and maintain school equipment, support a positive learning environment for pupils and assist pupils with their personal care. The successful candidate must be physically fit to fulfil these duties.

Candidate Profile

  • Hard‑working and committed to working across the age range 4 to 19 years.
  • Significant experience working with children or adults with complex and profound additional needs.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision within well‑defined guidelines.
