Base pay range
Will Writer£25,000 – £28,000 dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6B). Remote, UK wide – or on site at our offices if preferred.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll manage estate planning cases end to end, including drafting and taking instructions on wills and related documents. You’ll communicate with clients remotely to provide outstanding service and case resolution, and gain exposure to a variety of cases within a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Document and write wills of varying complexity; draft powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation with accurate, professional writing.
- Communicate with clients and external partners via phone and written correspondence throughout each case.
- Manage an incoming caseload and work with all parties involved toward successful completion of a case.
- Accurately maintain client records and correspondence on our systems, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met.
Qualifications
- Previous experience drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning matters.
- Some experience of managing cases.
- Ability to build positive relationships and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your own caseload to deliver against targets.
