Minimum requirements to work with reach24 as a Healthcare Assistant

• Right to work and live in the UK
• Some care experience in a UK care setting
• An Enhanced DBS Certificate (less than 6 months old or registered with update service) or be willing to undergo a new one
• Up-to-date Mandatory Training CertificatesGood command of English
• A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to communicate effectively, be patient, persistent, and understanding
• Be reliable, punctual and have a flexible approach to work
• A 5 year-verifiable working history – must be able to provide 2 professional references
