Salary: GBP28500 – GBP28500 per annum
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Die Cutter to join a busy production team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating die‑cutting machinery and take pride in producing high‑quality components on time and to specification.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor die‑cutting machinery safely and efficiently
- Change dies and tooling, adjust settings, and perform trial runs to ensure correct set‑up
- Inspect finished pieces for quality, accuracy and consistency; make adjustments as required
- Carry out routine machine maintenance, cleaning and basic troubleshooting
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output and quality targets
- Keep accurate production records and complete required paperwork
- Adhere to health & safety and quality control procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to supervisors
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience operating die‑cutting machinery in a production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor adjustments and maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read job tickets, basic drawings and measurement tools
- Physically able to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
- Willingness to work shifts and occasional overtime as required
- Previous experience with specific die‑cutting equipment or processes
- Forklift licence or relevant safety certifications

This will be a full time shift working Monday to Friday in the afternoon shift of 2pm – 10pm. Please note there will be a short period of day shifts when initially starting the role.
